Akdan Consultancy delivered “Project Management Training” at the General Secretariat of the Bursa Uludağ Exporters’ Associations.
Building the project logic, drawing up budgets and timelines, and managing reporting obligations in exporters’ applications to development agency, KOSGEB and EU programmes were the main themes of the training.
