Akdan Consultancy founder Nilüfer Arıak delivered online “Preparing Feasibility Studies” training to the staff of the South Aegean Development Agency (GEKA).
The training covered the sections of a feasibility report, market and technical analysis, investment and operating costs, and the criteria of financial appraisal; the framework the agency’s experts use when evaluating applications was worked through with examples.
