In the provinces of Kars and Ardahan, together with experts from the Serhat Development Agency (SERKA), we held the site meetings for the feasibility reports we prepared for the region. The programme also included a meeting with the Ardahan Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.
Verifying a feasibility report in the field means testing desk assumptions against local conditions; the views of public institutions and producers entered the final report through these meetings.
