The “European Union Contract, Procurement and Tender Procedures (PRAG)” training, prepared by the Eskişehir Governorate EU and Foreign Relations Office and supported under the BEBKA Technical Support Programme, was delivered to Governorate staff by Akdan Consultancy founder Nilüfer Arıak.
Applying procurement and tender rules correctly in EU-funded projects is the precondition for a project’s expenditure being accepted; the training worked through PRAG procedures, thresholds and common mistakes with examples, and closed with a certificate ceremony.
