Akdan Consultancy Managing Partner Nilüfer Arıak, the live guest of OSTİM TV’s Sektör Konuşuyor (The Sector Speaks) programme, explained what companies and individuals can do about crisis management.
Recalling that there have been 14 major crises on a global scale in the last 150 years, Arıak noted that the COVID-19 crisis was the largest known to date; she said its effects would continue through 2021 and that futurists assessed the period as one extending to 2024.
