Our site meetings for the “Feasibility Report for Restoring the Monuments and Memorials of Başkomutan Historical National Park” took place in Afyon and Kütahya in October 2020.
The meetings began with Sinanpaşa District Governor Ms Kübra Demirer, Sinanpaşa Mayor Mr Erdal Kahraman and Başkomutan Historical National Park Director Ms Serpil Taşpınar, and continued with Dumlupınar Mayor Mr Şemsettin Akağaç, Dumlupınar District Governor Mr Salih Ak and Kütahya Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Mr Zekeriya Ünal.
The site phase of the report was completed with a meeting in Afyon with officials of the 5th Regional Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, the project expert of the Zafer Development Agency and our partner Statek Engineering. We thank all the institutions that contributed.
