How can I reach you?
Through the form on the contact page, by email to info@akdan.com, or by phone. Our office is in Çankaya, Ankara. You can also put your question to the assistant on the site and leave a meeting request there.
What is the assistant on the site, and are its answers binding?
Akdan Assistant is an AI-powered information tool; its answers are not a binding opinion. It explains our services and how we work and, if you wish, passes your meeting request on to the team.
How is my personal data handled?
Your data is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) as described in the Privacy and KVKK notice. The site uses no third-party cookies or advertising trackers, and contact and assistant records are kept for at most two years after your request is closed.
How often is the newsletter sent?
Rarely; only when we have something to say. Sign-up starts with your explicit consent and the confirmation link sent to your inbox, and you can leave the list at any time.
